Ingredients
- mango juice or nectar (100% fruit, no added sugar preferred)1 cup (240ml)
- agar agar powder2 tsp (6g)

- cannabis coconut oil, melted to liquid3 tbsp (45ml)
- sunflower lecithin1 tsp
- fresh lime juice1 tsp
- turmericpinch
Optional — deepens the golden color
Instructions
- 1
Whisk mango juice and agar agar powder together in a small saucepan until no lumps remain.
- 2
Add maple syrup and turmeric if using. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 3
Reduce heat and simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring — agar must fully dissolve and reach a boil to activate.
- 4
Remove from heat and cool to 140°F. Stir in lecithin, then whisk in cannabis coconut oil and lime juice until fully emulsified.
- 5
Fill molds immediately — agar sets faster than gelatin. Work quickly.
- 6
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. Agar also sets at room temperature.
Notes & Storage
- Agar sets firmer than gelatin — do not add extra powder or gummies will be rubbery.
- Agar gummies are stable at room temperature but refrigerating extends shelf life to 2 weeks.
- The lime juice brightens the flavor and helps balance the sweetness of the mango.
Edibles take 30–120 minutes to take effect. Label all infused food clearly and store away from children. Not medical advice.
