Ingredients
- watermelon-flavored gelatin3 oz (85g)
- unflavored gelatin powder2 packets
- cold water½ cup (120ml)
- watermelon juice (fresh or bottled)¼ cup (60ml)
- MCT tincture or cannabis coconut oil, warmed to liquid3 tbsp (45ml)
- sunflower lecithin1 tsp
- Coating: 3 tbsp granulated sugar + 1 tsp citric acid powder—
Instructions

Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

Add watermelon juice and heat over low, stirring until fully dissolved. Do not boil.

Cool to 140°F. Whisk in lecithin and cannabis oil until fully incorporated.

Fill molds and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.

Mix sugar and citric acid in a small bowl. Once gummies are set, unmold and toss in the sour coating.

Spread on a parchment-lined tray and allow to dry for 30 minutes — the coating will set and crystallize.
Notes & Storage
- Citric acid can be found at homebrew, baking, or natural food stores.
- The sour coating is applied after setting — do not add citric acid to the gelatin mixture.
- Store in an airtight container, separated by parchment. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
