Potency

Ingredients

  • oat milk or full-fat coconut milk280ml (1¼ cups)
  • cannabis coconut oil1–2 tsp
  • ground turmeric1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon½ tsp
  • ground ginger¼ tsp
  • black pepperpinch

  • maple syrup or honey (to taste)1–2 tsp

Instructions

    Combine milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

    Whisk frequently and heat until just steaming — do not boil.

    Remove from heat. Add cannabis coconut oil and maple syrup. Whisk vigorously or use a handheld frother until oil is fully incorporated and the latte is frothy.

    Pour into a mug and dust with extra cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Notes & Storage

  • Full-fat coconut milk creates the creamiest result. Oat milk froths better.
  • Black pepper is not optional if you care about turmeric bioavailability — the piperine is essential.
  • Best as an evening drink — the warming spices and cannabis are a natural complement to wind-down routines.
