A warming turmeric latte with anti-inflammatory spices. Cannabis coconut oil blends naturally into the fat-rich milk base.
Potency
Uses 1–2 teaspoons of cannabis coconut oil. Potency is entirely controlled by the potency of your infusion — start with 1 teaspoon.

Ingredients
- oat milk or full-fat coconut milk280ml (1¼ cups)
- cannabis coconut oil1–2 tsp
- ground turmeric1 tsp
- ground cinnamon½ tsp
- ground ginger¼ tsp
- black pepperpinch

Instructions

Combine milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Whisk frequently and heat until just steaming — do not boil.

Remove from heat. Add cannabis coconut oil and maple syrup. Whisk vigorously or use a handheld frother until oil is fully incorporated and the latte is frothy.

Pour into a mug and dust with extra cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Notes & Storage
- Full-fat coconut milk creates the creamiest result. Oat milk froths better.
- Black pepper is not optional if you care about turmeric bioavailability — the piperine is essential.
- Best as an evening drink — the warming spices and cannabis are a natural complement to wind-down routines.
