Potency

Equipment
- Size 00 empty gelatin or vegan HPMC capsules
- Capsule filling tray (optional but helpful)
- Small dropper or syringe
- Small saucepan
Ingredients
- cannabis coconut oil, warmed to liquid30ml

Instructions

Warm cannabis coconut oil gently until fully liquid — do not overheat. Remove from heat.

Separate capsule halves. If using a filling tray, place the larger halves in the tray.

Use a dropper or small syringe to fill each capsule with approximately 0.9ml of oil. Leave a small air gap at the top so capsules close cleanly.

Cap each capsule firmly by pressing the smaller half onto the larger until you feel a click.

Place filled capsules on a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm the oil inside.

Transfer to an airtight container. Label with date and estimated potency per capsule.
Notes & Storage
- HPMC capsules are plant-based and fully vegan. Gelatin capsules dissolve slightly faster.
- Coconut oil must be liquid to fill capsules — if it solidifies mid-fill, briefly rewarm.
- Store refrigerated for up to 3 months. The oil inside stays solid, which prevents leaking.
- Size 0 capsules hold 0.68ml; size 000 hold 1.4ml — adjust your potency calculation accordingly.
