Classic Berry Gummies
Bright, jewel-toned gummies with a gelatin base. Firm texture, consistent size, and easier to dose than most baked goods.
Potency
Uses 3 tablespoons of MCT tincture or cannabis coconut oil. With tincture at 1.4 mg/ml, each gummy contains approximately 1.3 mg THC — 5–8 gummies for a standard 5–10 mg dose.

- Silicone gummy mold (bear or ring, ~2ml cavities)
- Dropper or squeeze bottle
- Whisk
Ingredients
- berry-flavored gelatin (e.g., strawberry or mixed berry)3 oz (85g)
- unflavored gelatin powder (about 14g total)2 packets
- cold water½ cup (120ml)
- berry juice (tart cherry, pomegranate, or grape)½ cup (120ml)
Adds real fruit flavor
- MCT tincture or cannabis coconut oil, warmed to liquid3 tbsp (45ml)
- sunflower lecithin1 tsp
Helps oil emulsify into the mixture
Instructions
- 1
Combine cold water and all gelatin in a small saucepan. Let bloom (sit undisturbed) for 5 minutes.
- 2
Add berry juice and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until all gelatin dissolves completely — about 3 minutes. Do not boil.
- 3
Remove from heat. Allow to cool to 140°F (just above body temperature). Adding tincture to boiling liquid can degrade THC.
- 4
Whisk in sunflower lecithin, then slowly whisk in the cannabis oil until fully incorporated and no oil pools are visible.
- 5
Transfer to a squeeze bottle or use a dropper to fill mold cavities. Work quickly — the mixture begins to set as it cools.
- 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully firm. Pop out of molds and transfer to an airtight container.
Notes & Storage
- Lecithin is not optional for oil-based tinctures — without it, the oil will separate and potency will be uneven.
- Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Label clearly with potency per gummy and keep away from children.
- For a firmer texture, add an extra ½ packet of unflavored gelatin.
Edibles take 30–120 minutes to take effect. Label all infused food clearly and store away from children. Not medical advice.
