
Cannabis Simple Syrup
A versatile infused syrup for cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and sparkling water. Water-soluble lecithin makes it mix cleanly without oil separation.
Potency
Uses 3 tablespoons of MCT tincture across approximately 24 tablespoons of syrup. Each tablespoon of syrup contains roughly 1/8 of your total tincture dose.

Ingredients
- granulated sugar1 cup (200g)
- water1 cup (240ml)
- MCT tincture3 tbsp (45ml)
- sunflower lecithin1 tbsp
Essential for a water-mixable syrup
Instructions

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves completely. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and cool to 140°F.

Whisk in lecithin until dissolved, then slowly whisk in MCT tincture. The lecithin allows the oil to emulsify into the water-based syrup.

Whisk vigorously for 1 minute until the mixture looks uniform with no oil droplets.

Transfer to a glass bottle. Shake before each use — some separation is normal.
Notes & Storage
- Lecithin is essential here — without it the oil and syrup will separate completely and dosing will be uneven.
- Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before each use.
- Use 1–2 tablespoons per drink. Mix with sparkling water, lemonade, cocktails, or coffee.
