How does AI plant diagnosis work?

Take or upload a photo of your plant issue. Cultivar sends the image to our AI model, which analyzes it for nutrient deficiencies, pests, mold, trichome ripeness, and growth stage. Results appear within seconds.

Is my grow data backed up?

Yes. When you create an account, all grow logs, journal entries, and photos are securely synced to the cloud and accessible across devices.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.

The AI diagnosis result seems wrong. What should I do?

AI diagnosis is a starting point, not a definitive diagnosis. Cross-reference the result with our cultivation guides at thecannacodex.com/learn/cultivation or contact support if you need more help.

Can I use Cultivar without an account?

You can explore the strain library and VPD calculator without an account. Grow tracking, photo journals, and the AI Grow Coach require a free account so your data can be saved and synced.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The app crashed or is not loading. What should I try?

Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, check that you are on the latest version via the App Store, then restart your device. If it still happens, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
